Swift Transportation is hiring now in TX, CA, AZ, TN, GA, and NV for a dry OTR CDL-A team driving job based out of Grapevine, TX. This lane is home bi-weekly. The position is for a new OTR Team Fleet with consistent miles and time-sensitive freight.

5,000 Average Weekly Miles

$1750 Average Weekly Pay Per Driver

$25 Stop Pay

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Split Per Driver Paid out in $500 increments every 10,000 miles. (Must be newly hired as a team to receive sign-on bonus.)

Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.64 to $.84 CPM split pay depending on route and experience.

CDL-A Required; 3 months experience

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.

Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations.

No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.

No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
