About this Job

Swift Transportation is hiring now for a dedicated CDL-A team driving job based out of Oklahoma City, OK. This lane runs services all lower 48 states and is home every 2 weeks. The position is for a dedicated account serving a large retail customer with consistent, predictable freight and hometime.

$1,600 Average Weekly Pay (per driver)

Drivers earn $0.80 per mile split per driver, depending on route and verifiable experience

CDL-A Required; Will train

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.

Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations.

No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.

No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.

Pay Transparency

Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43 to $.72 CPM depending on route and verifiable experience.
