The largest transportation group in the United States of North America, Knight-Swift Transportation, through its Intermodal Division, begins in May of this year a new intermodal service in the Piedras Negras (MEX) Eagle Pass (US) corridor in sync with Ferromex and Union Pacific Railways. In an initial stage we are opening this intermodal service through the Silao Guanajuato Intermodal Terminal reaching strategic points of the US territory such as Ohio, Atlanta and Chicago for Import and Export movements, without a doubt there is a high and sustained demand for cargo throughout this corridor that will allow us to provide the market Door-to-Door solutions as well as an excellent connectivity to and from the Bajio Industrial Zone for companies from different verticals (i.e. consumer, automotive, aerospace, among others). This new service allows us to endorse our commitment to the country's exporting and importing community by offering new sustainable transportation alternatives for the exchange of goods with our main trading partner in the north.
